“Concentration is a fine antidote to anxiety.” Jack Nicklaus

Try setting a timer and aim to not stop a task till the time is up. Gradually build up the time to work in blocks of 30 min to 45 minutes, but ideally not longer than this before taking a break. During break time do something completely different to recharge and unwind. De-clutter your work area where you are trying to concentrate, so there will be less distracting influences.

Reward yourself when you complete substantial tasks that require a great deal of concentration and savor the feeling knowing you have exercised your brain to be its best.
